3 Age and Eligibility

5.2 General Bonus Terms

6 Gaming Rules

• Any payout resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. Decisions on VIP tier changes are at the discretion of rss99. rss99 reserves the right to modify the VIP Program terms at any time and will endeavour to notify members before any changes take effect.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the rss99 platform. Violating these rules risks account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting identified software errors or bugs for advantage.
• Operating games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.
• Operating an account using a third party's identity.
• Match-fixing, using insider information, or forming betting syndicates.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. For self-requested closures, verified balances may be withdrawn, but any bonus funds will be cancelled.

9.1 Closure by rss99

rss99 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• A self-exclusion request as part of responsible gaming policy.

In the case of closure by rss99, any fair remaining balance may be returned following an investigation, however bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
